Facilitates effective and clear communication between non-English speaking patients, their families, and Health System staff.
Conducts medical and general interpreting for limited-English staff, patients, and their families.
Performs a variety of administrative tasks training and education within the Health System.
In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
Availability at the following times:
9am – 12pm PDT
2pm – 8pm PDT
Monday through Sunday giving one day off this can be Sunday or rotating.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in Cantonese and English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
Education: High school or equivalent required.
Experience: 1+ year of medical interpreting experience required.
