Job Title: Technical Support Representative
Purpose: Remotely monitor online events for our accessibility team. Oversee setup and consistency. Ensure that events are going smoothly and escalate to next level support as needed.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Performs well and stays calm in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on own with limited supervision
• Excellent computer skills – detailed technical knowledge of computer systems and applications
• Availability to cover events that occur throughout the day – including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and other messaging and texting platforms
• Experience working in accessibility services is a plus
